Very Professional, But Not Perfect I brought my '13 ATS there because the transmission was failing. They tried to correct the problem but were unable to without a major and expensive re I brought my '13 ATS there because the transmission was failing. They tried to correct the problem but were unable to without a major and expensive rebuild. Instead, I asked if they could find a transmission at a salvage yard as I no longer wanted to keep the vehicle. They were able to locate one with 37K miles less than were on the vehicle. They installed the unit, completed the repair to my satisfaction, and saved me some money! That should have been the end of the story, but it wasn't. While I was waiting for the repair to be finished, I spoke with a member of the Sales Dept. I indicated what I was looking for, how much I was willing to spend, and provided my contact information. I never heard a thing back from them. Meanwhile, I was able to locate my "dream car" at another dealership ('13 CTS Premium coupe, 65K miles at a great price). Carvana came and took away my ATS.
