Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida. Thank you for filling out survey and letting us know how you feel. As for you first concern, Plaza auto group test all employees for symptoms on a daily bases as well as local testing to ensure working employees and customers are interacting with healthy people. Each employee has mask and are instructed to us if we can not maintain a 6 foot distance during communicating with customers. every car is full covered before employees enter car and the are in witch employees have contact with car are disinfected on drive before turning back over to you. I understand concern in this day and age but I ensure you were ever possible we maintain CDC suggested regulations.. As for the key. for wheels , normally when vehicles sold key is left in cargo area with four lug nuts or key in put in glove box. If you removed please bring to us and we will perform rotation quick for you . I you cant find let us know so we can get one ordered for you. thank you for filling out survey. I reviewed our history and found back in April you came in with a concern in shifting from transmission. After checking codes and driving vehicle we could not find at that time a problem. If you are still concern with the shifting we welcome you back to drive with myself or tech to pin point problem. also if you can call to go over problem with advise I would apprietate it. I know its was 2 months ago but if you can go over it with me I will address. thank you

Thank you for responding to the survey. However I feel that some of the statements are misleading so allow me to let the readers know who was lying. You came in the dealership without your trade and wanted to put a car deal together. You stated that your vehicle was in perfect condition and Garage kept. The salesman Ask if you could bring the vehicle to us before we go through the numbers and put a value on the trade. You stated you did not have the time and wanted numbers based on what you told us about your trade. (Perfect was what you stated). We did and when you brought the trade to us, It fell way short of perfect and required much repair on interior and wheels to make it even close to perfect. The only part of the deal changed was valve of trade because of need repairs. The only untruth we see here is your statement about your trade. We know you knew this already before you wrote this but now readers know also. Stay safe and how one day we could assist you in furure.
