Went in for an oil change with an appointment and it took over an hour! Then when we got in the car they hadn’t even filled the washer fluid. Shouldn’t that be part of their “multi-point” inspection? Harry the service consultant evaluated the left outside mirror operation. He determined that the stops on mirror was not operating correctly. Steven was very helpful. Called in around lunch time Friday as noticed I had a nail piercing the back tire on our Cadillac. Steve said they could fix it if I could bring it in by 3 or 4..
