Then, I emailed 10 dealerships asking for an “out the door price”. Plaza was the only one which quickly gave me a price. I agreed to purchase and the transaction went very smoothly. Vehicle was ready when I arrived and I drove away after a few minutes of familiarization. Two months later other dealerships are still emailing asking me to come in “so they can get to know me” before giving me a price. More

I brought my Cadillac in for a diagnosis on why starting was a problem. At least three times a day it is very difficult to get the car started and moving. I was told I needed a new battery module. I have been waiting about three weeks for the part to be available and come in so , I can once again start drivingI driving my Cadillac. This is very frustrating having my car unable to be fixed. This is not my first vehicle purchased from Plaza Cadillac. Been dealing with Tony (now GM) and Rick (salesperson) for many years and cadillac purchases. There are closer Cadillac dealerships - but Cadillac. Been dealing with Tony (now GM) and Rick (salesperson) for many years and cadillac purchases. There are closer Cadillac dealerships - but we have always been treated with honestly, courtesy and professionalism consistently when looking to trade in and purchase a new car. Also, not my first Cadillac vehicle - my first ones started in Virginia, then Miami, and now up in North/Central Florida. The dealership is an hour each way for us to drive - and not only purchase from Plaza but return for servicing as well. So I have to state - the delivery/cleaning/add-ons of the 2024 we purchased new didn't go as smoothly as in the past. BUT - the team made it right when I brought it back to them. No hassles, arguments, etc., they apologize and then make it right. Part of the issue was the dealership has new car-prep/detailers and I think not as great as in past. Hopefully the ownership of the dealership will address this as I'm sure they want to be in great standing with its new and return customers. Lastly, I love being back into a Escalade - I "slipped" when purchased new vehicle and traded in my 2019 Escalade ESV for a BMW X7. I like the vehicle - but was never IN LOVE with it. Traded it in after 2 years for the 2024 ESV and love my new BEAST as I've named it. Thanks for the opportunity to submit my comments and thanks again to Rick and Tony for making me happy to be with Plaza Cadillac. More
