Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida. Your comment about the raised price is very concerning, however I have reviewed all of the paperwork and quotes given to you from start to finish and I cannot find anything that would lead you to this conclusion. We definitely did not at any point increase the price above what you were quoted, and I would like to know more about what makes you feel that we did. I've sent you copies of both the initial proposal you approved as well as the final sale documents, both of which do not have any price increase or "tariffs" on them. If we have made an error please let me know, however if this was a misunderstanding we would appreciate you updating your online review accordingly. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you for filling survey. I see your appointment was for 10am and invoice was printed at 11:20. With inspection performed per GM including the service that would be normal time to complete with car wash. However, I will investigate why it took extra 40 minutes for you to get your car.
