When I asked to return the next day, he did not hesitate or hand me off to someone else, even though it was his day off. He took all the time I needed to be comfortable with the car and the deal. My husband and I have been looking at different brands of cars and this was the first dealership we visited that the sales rep was relaxed and seemed to genuinely like the products he was selling. The car is great, but I would never have considered it without Mel's help. Lauren handled all the paperwork for me. She was personable and very good at explaining all the details surrounding the lease. It was nice to have someone go over everything instead of just saying "sign here and here". I brought my 2012 VW CC in for the 10,000 mile service and a recall yesterday. I had a great experience. Sean was very knowledgable and courteous. Now since doing business with Piazza I will NEVER go anywhere else. They get it! They understand customer service. One example is the courteous car when you vehicle is in for service. THAT IS HUGH!!! That is great customer service and is invaluble. That is only one example of many.
