My car is an EV from another company that required a state safety inspection (w/o emission). We encountered a problem that required some changes to their computer system. The service coordinator made calls to allow my car to be inspected at the VW service shop. Awesome service coordinator and staff. I would bring it back for services in the future.

Lovely and friendly people. They are knowledgeable in their respective departments. They were very helpful with difficulties dues to my recent name change.

I take my car here for service because it is convenient. The additiinal waiting area is comfortable while waiting for my car to be serviced. Chris the rep kept me informed of the status of my vehicle.
