Service Manager, Ms. Sheila Vazquez was amazing. Service was prompt and she explained where to go to handle the low air light that stayed on. I bought all new tires at Toy Sheila Vazquez was amazing. I bought all new tires at Toyota Penske, but their tire service could not remove a nail that was identified on the putter part of the tire and patch it because it was outside the two year warranty and against Toyota policy. Oil was changed, maintenance light went off and reset, new sticker of when to return for next oil change, and rear passenger handle was replaced…Tgere line of vehicles that had no appointments on Mothers Day, but was out pretty quickly, Outstanding customer service Downey Toyota Penske, Keep up the good work !!! Check in the Service Dept. was easy, prior to giving the keys the Tech ask to see receipt of payment which is good. Noticed a scratch that wasn't there before and Service Mana was easy, prior to giving the keys the Tech ask to see receipt of payment which is good.
