Once I met him in person and we were able to talk about my trade-in and next steps, it was clear I had made the right decision with going with Penske. Given how long its taking with other dealerships at the moment to reserve and wait for a car, Penske and Rick made my car buying experience relatively quick and easy. While I know I won't have to worry about buying a new car anytime soon given this new purchase, my family will definitely be back to Penske when the time comes. More
