Phu Ho was the finance guy and he was great too. He really took the time to help explain what all the different costs and options were. He made what is usually a pretty confusing and intimidating process very easy. Phu explained all the paperwork and options in a thorough and efficient way. Phu is also just a very nice man...we talked about how long he has been at a Toyota and how interesting his job is. The customer service is what made this purchase so pleasurable. Not only did I buy a quality vehicle (with great MGGs!)but i dealt with people who I really felt had my bet interests. I would highly recommend Penske Toyota! More
