They have a great attitude with customers and are able to really get you in and out. Vu Trang did the financing and moved at the speed of lightning. I was in and out of his office if record time. He explained all my options and was very patient. Through the entire process, Mike walked me through each step, was very attentive and made me actually enjoy the task of buying a car. I have never dealt with the service department, so I can't comment on that. However, my overall experience with Linh was outstanding. He's simply the best!! Not only did he have the most competitive pricing, he also matched that with his exceptional professionalism. There was no haggling, he never pressured me to purchase anything that I didn't desire such as extended warranty and accessories. He's always very upfront about financing as well. No hidden fees, of course. The first time I bought my Toyota from Linh was a simple money down purchase whereas the second time purchase involved trading that Toyota in for a new Prius. My biggest concern was how much I would get for my car because when it comes to buying a new car, you can do some online and phone researches to get the most competitive pricing on the car you want. Getting an appraisal on your car, on the other hand, requires you to drive your car to a dealer and the like for which I didn't have time. Although I finally made the time to get a few appraisals for my car, investing every weekend I had, I realized I had simply wasted my time doing so. After settling on the price of a new Prius, I told him that I'm thinking of trading in my car. Linh thoroughly explained what my trade-in value is going to be like and the factors that would affect my trade-in value. The appraisal he gave me was very reasonable. It was actually better than the appraisal I had received from Carmax. I was very happy with my first experience with Linh and that was the reason why I went back to Linh for my second car. He is extremely honest and will tell you what he can or cannot do for you. No hidden fees or surprises at the end of the negotiation whatsoever!! Do your research first and go see Linh, then you'll know that the pricing and everything else you receive from him is second to none. I'll continue to do business with him in a heartbeat. One thing I found out from one of his associates is that Linh is actually one of the best Toyota sales consultants in the NATION. I mean, think about it, if you were him, would you jeopardize such reputation over some lousy deals and mediocre professionalism? Just remember, a guy like him must have a bigger agenda to continue to build his reputation in his career than to make a few hundred bucks on a car deal with dishonesty. More

It was time to change the oil on both of my RAV4 and MR2. So I called parts and asked if they could honor the coupon sale prices. Moses Gamboa took the call and gladly accepted to honor them for me. On top of that he said he was going to give me a 10% discount. I got to the location and went straight to Moses. With his positive attitude and excellent customer service he provided me with what I needed at the sale prices I wanted. That was so nice of him because I didn't have to go back home to get the actual printed coupons. Moses was very professional and serviceable. I really appreciated his understanding and great service. He returned my calls regularly, was very honest about specific things I was considering adding or going without on my new car, and did not give off the salesman feel that I had previously encountered in my car search. We handled finances, car insurance, and other major details in advance, so I ended up being handled very efficiently when I went to the actual dealership. I was in and out in 1 hour and 40 minutes and this included a test drive of the car, even though I already knew I really wanted it! I drove to Downey from West Hollywood, because I preferred to work with Linh, the dealership (Penske) had a great reputation, and Linh never said "no", he was willing to work with me. Shane or Scott, I don't exactly remember his name was very helpful in getting the car set up and was easy to drive with on the test drive. Israel also was very efficient without being overly business, I never felt like I was being "handled" or "sold to". This was an overall excellent car buying experience and has turned me almost into an evangelist spreading the word about the positives of buying a new car. More
