i've gotten three toyotas from Linh Lam, and this prius will be my 4th. Once I decided to buy the car, it only took couple email for us to settle the price. And I met them couple hours later to pick up the car. Both Linh Lam & his assistance Shane were professional & courteous. After a quick test drive & some questions; it took about 20 minutes more to finish all the paper work & we were on our way.
