Back in 2008, a friend of ours told us to go see Linh Lam at Penske Toyota Downey when we needed to purchase a new car. We spoke to Linh on the phone and told him what we were looking for. By the time we arrived, he had everything all ready for us which saved us a lot of time. He was so friendly and made us feel like we were old friends. Everything was so convenient, quick and easy. Linh truly made it the BEST car-buying experience we've ever had. Fast forward to 12/26/11, we needed to purchase a new car for my in-laws. We called Linh again and I wasn't sure if he was going to remember us. Not only did he remember us, he remembered some very specific details about our conversations from 2008! We weren't treated like 'one of the many cars he's sold,' but we were treated like family. Again, everything was really quick and easy. We dropped off our other car at the service department for an oil change while we were purchasing the new car and were told we would have to wait 3 hours. Linh got our oil change taken care of right away so we wouldn't have to wait. We were also pleased with our experience with Phu Ho who took care of our final paperwork and the financing. He was very friendly and we were soon joking around like we were old friends. With both of our car purchases, we were extremely happy about the price we got and the awesome customer service just made it that much better. Linh and Phu are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We will be back for our next Toyota purchase! More

We drove up from San Diego- they had their act together. I spent more time in line at the local McDonald's (NOT recommended) than I did waiting to be helped at the dealership. Biggest problem I had was figuring out how to get the wife's phone to work with the new car's Bluetooth. Linh helped us troubleshoot it- we did get it working and were on our way.
