She spoke with me about the report over the phone and faxed the results. She even arranged the appointment for inspection with the dealer that had the car. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again for service and evaluation. Penske can be very proud as a corporation if Eddie and Sheila are an indication of their people. This inspection saved me thousands of dollars as I ended up passing on the vehicle. More
