I have been buying cars for 40 years and have been in sales of one kind or another for just as long. I was referred to Lin by my best friend who bought his Tundra from him 2 years ago. Without a doubt, this was the most professional and painless purchase transaction I have ever done. This was the first time I did everything on the phone as I live 45 miles away from Penske Downey. From the first conversation to the final signature, everything Lin said he was going to do happened as he said it would. No high pressure or sales T.O.'s, the deal he gave me on the phone was the deal I received. In fact, Lin saved me $800 as he caught an error on the contract after it was signed and instructed the Finance Dept. to write a corrected lease agreement. I would have never known an error was made--his honesty was the icing on the cake and I will gladly refer anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to Lin without any hesitation whatsoever. Linh is the man. He's HONEST. He's RELIABLE. He's down to earth. He doesn't give you that uncomfortable car buying/shopping feeling/experience. He makes you feel right at home. He is the MAN.
