Bad customer service/ discrimination By far the worse experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Went to the dealer to buy my daughter her first car, she test drove a Elantra she loved it so we went inside to negotiate the price while we were negotiating the price another salesperson had sold the car to another party that arrived 45 minutes later we told the sales manager and all he said was he was sorry but they were a cash customer ,and that is xxxxxxxx because we were already in the process of buying the car , so i believe we were discriminated for a cash customer,bad customer service. More

Great Car Buying Experience I have been going to Penske Toyota Service for some time now and my service adviser Thomas Arthur recommended Linh Lam to me because I mentioned to hi I have been going to Penske Toyota Service for some time now and my service adviser Thomas Arthur recommended Linh Lam to me because I mentioned to him that I was in search of a new Toyota. Mr. Arthur put me in contact with Mr. Linh Lam, Fleet Director, and it was a great experience from the moment we met. He provided all the information to me regarding the price of the vehicle I was interested in and financing options. He stated that his prices are the best and even stated that I should go out and price the vehicle at other dealers. I did and he was absolutely correct. The purchasing experience with Linh was the best. It was a pleasure working with him at Penske Toyota. He was very friendly, helpful, and thorough in answering questions. He made sure that my wife and I picked out the right vehicle and then when we did he took the time to go over all the features the vehicle. Linh knows his vehicles and provides you with his expertise. I would definitely recommend Linh. I would also recommend going to Thomas Arthur in the Service Department. I have never had such an easy, enjoyable time getting a car !! Linh is knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, easy-going, etc., etc. There are so many positive adjectives that describe Linh that I could go on and on. He was a delight to work with from the first phone call to the saying, "thank you so much and good bye". He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything; I am talking about from how the car works to financial matters of buying versus leasing. I was indecisive about buying versus leasing and he was patient with me, no pressure and made the whole process easy to understand and then my indecision was gone.
