I brought my truck in for the routine maintenance. Was told when I arrived that this service was no longer covered but I could purchase the service package (4 maintenance appointments). I decided i would told when I arrived that this service was no longer covered but I could purchase the service package (4 maintenance appointments). I decided i would since the price was a little more than what the one service would cost me. I asked if they could recalibrate the TSS in my truck since the warning lights have been going off when it rains or there is condensation but only since I had my windshield replaced. They told me that it would cost me over $400 because it was very “labor intensive” I opted out so that I could find a dealer that could do it cheaper. Anyway, after all of my service was done, they returned my truck to me dirty even though I asked for a wash. This was not the first time this happened. I’m regretting buying the service package from here and should have gone elsewhere. More

I had to tell him TWICE that I did not speak Spanish. What does that tell you about their preferred clientele? And oh by the way, did they tell you when you made the appointment to come in with less than a half tank of gas? NO THEY DID NOT! Had I know I would not have filled up before I went in. I LEFT because I really could not afford for them to dump a half a tank of gas. Even though I bought (not leased) my car here, they let me know they do not want my business so I won't be returning. (did not work w/mgt but had to check in order to submit) More
