Had a leak in one of my tires. Took in in and Ken had it up on the rack before I knew it. Turns out I had two nails in my tire and one of them on the side wall so it was not fixable. Anthony Medina greeted me at service reception with a smile and an abundance of knowledge and caring. No one, since I’ve been taking cars in for service (I’m 56), has ever taken the time to explain thing smile and an abundance of knowledge and caring.
