I made an appointment for a Friday evening since we live in Huntington Beach and have to work during the week. When I got there, they told me that the vehicle that we had an agreement on was no longer available!! Of course they pushed me to get another vehicle at a higher price!! This is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH!! They had no intention to sell me that car at the agreed upon price. I wasted hours of mine and my family precious time. So beware of this dealer unscrupulous and illegal tactics to get as much money out of the customers as possible!!! More
