Penske Honda was amazing. This was my first time coming here. I needed an oil change made an appointment I was seen right away. I pulled up at the service center. I was greeted and did not have to wait very long for them to take my car away. I was also greeted by Alan Salcedo the service tech who checks in the car for Service Alan was very friendly, kind and informative The wait time was about an hour and a half just as Alan said, although it was a full house the lobby area was not too bad. It was pretty chilled. Clean and honestly didn’t even feel like an hour and a half wait. Like I said earlier, this was the first time I brought my car in to Penske Honda Ontario i will be looking forward in bringing the car back for future service, my car runs great, I got excellent service all the way around thank you to the whole Service team. Walked Into Penske Honda on a whim today after leaving another Honda dealership unsatisfied with the interaction there. We were immediately greeted by Victor Garcia and he took amazing care of us from sta another Honda dealership unsatisfied with the interaction there. We were immediately greeted by Victor Garcia and he took amazing care of us from start to finish. He was professional, courteous and super personable. He didn't need to sell us the car because we already knew what we wanted but was very knowledgeable about civic hybrid.l was trading in my Audi RS3 and dealt with Jaime on that. He was fair, honest and made the deal happen. They did not have the car at their dealership but they located one in Orange County and immediately went to get it. They even went above and beyond and dropped us off for dinner and picked us back up. By the time we were done eating, my car was already ready to go. Finance was a breeze. We had been dealing with a few other dealerships before walking in to Penske and I'm so glad we did. Other Honda dealerships should take notes from them because they treated us amazingly.
