Upon arriving at Penski Honda, Ontario,, I explained my problems with Rock Honda the day prior n was told to go to the dealer where l purchased my vehicle from! I was immediately told Manager will be wit problems with Rock Honda the day prior n was told to go to the dealer where l purchased my vehicle from! I was immediately told Manager will be with me! The manager Leena Maae, who reassured me, everything will be taken care of. Within 2 hours l was in n out of the Penski with a new battery, tire pressure check, multi point inspection, lights, wipers, brakes. car wash, etc! Manager Maae, did an excellent job in ensuring that a detail examination was completed! I was total impressed with the overall work done in such a short time, not the 5 hours spent at Rock Honda! Manager Maae, with a pleasant personality, was very happy n knowledgeable experience displayed! Keep up the great work!
