Dealership Service has degenerated to horrible. Used to be excellent. Stong push to oversell unnecessary services-change- antifreeze,brake fluid etc at 28,000 miles (don't bother checking just do it!). We be excellent. After visiting many Southern California Honda dealerships looking for a 2009 Honda Fit, I knew I would be treated the best after visiting Penske Honda of Ontario. Being a younger woman, I felt other dealersh looking for a 2009 Honda Fit, I knew I would be treated the best after visiting Penske Honda of Ontario. Being a younger woman, I felt other dealerships I had visited didn't take me seriously. If you're serious about getting the best deal, and not having to haggle over a price go talk to Anthony Medina. Talking about the cost wasn't an issue at all, I didn't have to fight for what I wanted to pay. I told Anthony exactly what I wanted to spend, and he made sure he I was taken care of. At other dealerships it was made clear to me that no accessories would be included in the purchase, and Anthony again took care of me in this area with floor mats and wheel locks. He's super laid back, and didn't rush me into buying that day, instead he made sure I was sure about the color (which ended up being the hardest part!...I went with silver) and then told me to call or email him when I was ready and he would get the car detailed and I would just come in a go straight to finance. Sounded too good to be true, but that's how business is done down there off of Jurupa. I feel very comfortable going there anytime I need anything now. Penske Ontario made car buying so easy, I am very pleased. More

Most car buying experiences are something we have to do but don't really enjoy it. Buying my new car from Chris was a great experience. From the initial email to driving the car off the lot. Chris was professional, entertaining and thorough. He showed me every inch of the car and was very knowledgeable of all aspects of the car (inside and out). Ken was also very quick and thorough (as it was late and I was very tired). I would recommend to anyone buying a Honda to definitely see Chris Knighton at Penske Honda!! More
Absolutely I would recommend this dealership. I was given a quote from Chris Knighton on the internet. Also, I received a lower quote from a local dealership. I called Chris to see if he would match given a quote from Chris Knighton on the internet. Also, I received a lower quote from a local dealership. I called Chris to see if he would match the lower quote I had received. He said "Yes". I arrived at dealership within the hour and the car was waiting for me. Chris was friendly and not "pushy". The price of the car was what had been discussed over the phone. He did an excellent job of helping me set up the Bluetooth and showing me how to work the navigation on the car. I wasn't sure exactly how much I was going to put for a down payment. He patiently showed me what my monthly payments would be depending on how much I put down, which helped me a lot! Finally, at the end of my car buying experience I sat with Navaid Saulat to sign the papers. He quickly went over different options I could purchase at an additional cost and the extended warranty. I knew I was not going to purchase any of these "extras". He was not "pushy" and had me complete the transaction in a timely manner. I appreciated the professionalism at Penske Honda. It was very helpful doing most of the research of the car and getting quotes over the internet. It is the only way to buy a car!!!!!!! Thank you! More
This is the third Honda dealers for me to carry my 08 Accord Coupe for the same isssue, which is a weird sound from my passenger side door. I didn't live in Ontario area, and I drove almost 40 miles to get there. I go there because I checked almost every dealers among LA area. Sadly, most feedbacks are negative! I have to admit that this dealership is different than other dealership, i.e., Spirits Honda or Pasadena Honda. There are three words to describe my feeling for today's service: Friendly, professionally, and transparently. I think I will have a very good night sleep tonight, because they fix the issue which the other two dealerships failed to do. I really appreciated Al, Sumu. You made me a day, and I shall know you guys earlier before I give my new Accord to any dealership. More

I gave this excellent rating because I truly enjoyed going to Penske to purchase my car. Unlike most dealers that are a drag and you can never come up with a good deal. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. From beginning to end. I asked for a price he gave me one. We compared it, when I showed him we had a slightly better one, they took care of it.
