As a female car shopper, friends warned about being taken advantage of by dealerships/salesmen. At Caldwell Toyota, Julio made me feel relaxed and that he was interested in my understanding the entire process. After patiently walking the lot with me, we sat down in the showroom which was neat and comfortable. All the sales consultants were professionally attired which gave the showroom an overall sense of being organized and of one purpose. While the car I wanted was not on the lot, he assured me it would arrive in one or two days with all the features I requested. Just as promised, I picked up my new Camry and before leaving the lot Julio patiently answered every single question I had, and he went over every feature - multiple times. (Very important if you are "technology challenged "). I recommend this dealership! More

Worst experience ever - both Sales and Service I am not an avid Review writer, but this one is worth sharing. I was at the Dealership earlier in July to buy a 2015 Toyota Sienna Limited edition. I am not an avid Review writer, but this one is worth sharing. I was at the Dealership earlier in July to buy a 2015 Toyota Sienna Limited edition. I had done my research online, made an appointment with Caldwell Toyota, and made an offer. My offer was $3000 below their 'standard' price. They refused to budge, or even give a counter offer. Unlucky for them,, as I got the same exact car from another dealership 30 miles away the next day at the price I wanted. Their unwillingness to even provide a counter offer resulted in their loss, and a bitter taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, the A/C in my brand new Sienna stopped working after 2 weeks. This time I made an appointment with the Service department of the Caldwell Toyota (if you haven't figured by now, the reason I keep on going back to them is because they are the closest to my house - 5.5miles). They could not figure out what caused the leak, simply filled up the Freon and advised me to come back if the leak occurred again. This is just ridiculous!!! How can they not find the root cause?? On top of that, nobody called me during the day to let me know that the car has been fixed. Each time I try to call them to check the status they put me on hold for 20-30 minutes (I hung up after waiting that long each time!) This is not my first rodeo. But this has been the worst ever. Interestingly both while trying to buy or get it serviced! Oh...did I forget to mention - when I was trying to buy the car, they had mentioned that they provide a free car wash each time the vehicle is serviced in their service dept. Take a wild guess if my car was washed today! More

The Sales Manager, John Contreras and Sales Consultant, Stan Skokowski were helpful, courteous and patient while I checked and test drove the inventory in their lot. When I found the car that fit my criterion, John, Stan and I discussed the car's Carfax report, the warrantee coverage and a percentage off the sticker price as added incentive toward my purchasing the car. I opted to finance the purchase through Toyota Motor Credit in which the Business Manager, Alfredo Fabregas was very helpful and patient in explaining the terms of the loan. When I returned a few days later to pick up the car, Stan meticulously explained to me how to operate the exterior and interior features of the car. The next day, he gave me a call to check if I had any questions about the car. Overall, I found the sales staff at Caldwell Toyota quite satisfactory in helping me through the process of buying my certified 2012 Corolla. When I come across anyone who's in the market for a Toyota, I will certainly recommend Caldwell Toyota. More

Outstanding service department. I recently went in for service, because my 2012 tacoma had an issue with a warning light, ( check engine light ) The service department. Kristopher Bonagura my Service tech, had explained to me that it was my secondary air pump. The mechanic, Dan. Had figured out what was wrong with it right away explain the whole process. So that I would understand. And that it would be a costly fix, with out a warranty. And my warranty was up about two months ago. My service tech went above and beyond to find out that I had an extended warranty!! and he made sure that it was all covered under it! My Service tech ended up saving me a lot of money $,$$$ and made the whole process easier on me and my busy schedule. So yes I would recommend the service department to anyone who owns a Toyota! More

He was kind, patient, and really made sure that I was confident with my Toyota Venza. I came to trade in my Ford Explorer because of a really bad experience with the Ford dealership. My husband currently has a Scion Xb and had previously leased a Lexus is. He has had EXCELLENT service in the maintenance department as well as the sales department. Due to him receiving consistent AMAZING service, it was a pretty easy decision to switch. When we got to the dealership, Anton was the first person to greet us and ask us what we needed. We were with him pretty much all day and not once did he make us feel rushed or pressured! He was extremely professional but also very personable as well. He deserves a 10 star rating and I would absolutely recommend the Caldwell Toyota Dealership and specifically the sales associate Anton Gonch!!!! More
