Amazing Service I was directed to this dealer via a pre-approval from my bank. Initially I was very partial to the brand and unsure if I actually was going to purchas I was directed to this dealer via a pre-approval from my bank. Initially I was very partial to the brand and unsure if I actually was going to purchase a vehicle. I had some interest in the CHR XLE in black. I did some research and it was one of a few on my short list. Nonetheless I walk in and I am immediately welcomed. My sales person was Frank!!! He was the most honest person I have come across in buying a vehicle. From the gate his honesty came through. He provided peoples qualms with the car I was interested in and explained each and every aspect of the things I inquired about. Again, I literally had not committed to the car at this point. About 30 minutes later after a test drive I was putting the agreed upon down payment and walking out with pick up set up for Saturday (My choice, I am sure they would have had the vehicle immediately available and ready to drive off) Amazing service and he kept my little girls calm and engaged all while remaining professional and prompt!!
