Don't get your Toyota serviced here if you want to get a loaner car! When I originally made my appointment for annual maintenance and a recall fix I requested that they give me an appointment when they cou loaner car! The woman said sure a little too quickly and when I got my email confirm there was nothing about a loaner. So I called on the Friday before my Monday morning appointment and the person who answered said oh we don't allocate loaner cars that far in advance. Call back tomorrow (Saturday) and we will 'set one aside for you'. So I called back on Saturday to have the person tell me - we don't reserve loaner cars it's first come first served - to which I explained the several conversations I had already had with their employees on this topic. I was told to 'hold on'....well I held on for 10 minutes, they came back on and said fine. Once again not feeling overly optimistic that there would be one in my name when I arrived Monday Morning. So Monday morning, before leaving to make the 25 minute journey - I decided to call one last time to ensure they in fact had the loaner for me. Shockingly (not really) the woman I got on the line said nope we don't reserve loaners if they have one when you get here then you can take it. So once again I explained the several conversations I had already and that I would not be bringing my car in unless they had a loaner - she put me on hold, once again, for another 10 minutes...came back and said your service will only take 30 minutes you don't need a loaner. To which I said you are telling me that maintenance AND recall will take 30 minutes when the last time I came there only for maintenance it took 2 hours? She said oh I thought it was just maintenance- hold on again - and she hung up on me!!! On the third time I called back she finally answered again and said I am waiting for a service manager to call me back in 10 minutes to let me know if they have a car. Finally 10 minutes later she called to inform me they in fact would have a car for me. Everything was fine and as expected once I got there, service personnel were nice and seemed competent. Not only will I NEVER go back to paul Miller Toyota service but service at every Toyota dealership I have been to has been abysmal so although I love my Toyota I will not be purchasing another one when my lease is up next year because the service is THAT bad. More
Service rep checked my car in right away. Courteous. Did not have to wait as long as originally stated for service to be completed. Car conveniently parked when I was ready to leave. My parents bought a car here with my help just to be fooled into signing a bunch of extra insurances that they didn't need. I thought I was careful to read everything before letting my dad sign, but the fooled into signing a bunch of extra insurances that they didn't need. I thought I was careful to read everything before letting my dad sign, but they were still able to scam us of extra money with promises of extra insurances that would cover scratches on the car that our main insurance did not cover. We tried to cancel these "extra insurances" but they said we couldn't cancel then even tho in the paper it said we can cancel "anytime". These people had the nerve to make up things when we ask for explanation which were provided by Nelson Morino. He even insinuated that it was our fault that we got tricked into signing these documents for not reading the fine print even thought it was one of his associates that sold us the car. The worse part was that even tho we already finished paying off one of these extra insurances our bill didn't go down. Nelson kept avoiding and not answering our question by asking their finance person and so at the end nothing was resolved.I would not recomend this place unless you want to get scammed More
