I bought a low-mileage, certified Toyota just 3 months/ 3,ooo miles ago. When I went for an early oil change at another local Toyota dealer I couldn't believe I needed rear brakes until the technician actu 3,ooo miles ago. When I went for an early oil change at another local Toyota dealer I couldn't believe I needed rear brakes until the technician actually showed me the thin brakes pads. It costs $500. for the brake job. When I called the Sales Dept. at Paul Miller I was told I should have brought it to them. Needless to say I won't be buying or recommending them again. More

I visited several dealerships within a 50 mile radius and this was the worse experience I have ever had. Besides not being greeted by anyone when walking in and me having to find someone to talk to, sales ma this was the worse experience I have ever had. Besides not being greeted by anyone when walking in and me having to find someone to talk to, sales manager Nelson Moreno was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. After being told several lies, such as that the $580 advertising fee is nonnegotiable, I respectfully offered $500 below his offer, and he told me to "have a good day" and leave. I do not recommend wasting your time at this dealership. More
The service advisor was very pleasant and wasn't pushy. Two things I am a little disappointed with are the parking for the service dept.
