Too much time (almost 2 hours) elapsed from the time I brought the car in (10:00 AM) until the time Sergio discussed the service needs and est visit. All discretionary repairs - no emergencies. Sergio arranged for a loaner car some time around noon. My car was finally ready at 5:45 PM.
