Best I've found in North Jersey. Service at this location is exceptional. They baited me with a price, I put a deposit down, and then, when the vehicle was delivered, they increased the price by $3,000. The longer version of this story is: they told me that I would be eligi then, when the vehicle was delivered, they increased the price by $3,000. The longer version of this story is: they told me that I would be eligible for a specific incentive and they assured me that, while it was highly unlikely that the incentive would be discontinued, I could check back the following month. I did in fact check the following month, and they assured me, again, that the incentive was still in effect. When the vehicle was delivered just two weeks later, they called to let me know that the vehicle had arrived. When I confirmed the price, they notified me that the incentive was no longer applicable. So, the manger, gave me misinformation in this month (July) by confirming that the price was still in effect. And to top this all off, they expect me to make a decision immediately on the new price before they sell the car. Their practices are manipulative and dishonest. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. More
Very disappointed. They tried to sell me a to 2019 Toyota Camry close to the New Car list price. Put money down and SIGNED A CONTRACT. Nelson apologized, but... .I couldn't reach the salesman by phone. His VM box was full. He wasn't there when we arrived to pick up the car. A final insult: they didn't even include car mats. Follow -up: I was contacted by Nelson and told that car mats would be ordered. More
The service completed on my vehicle was excellent. I explained my vehicle's problem (interior water leak) to Ronnie Williams (Advisor), and he immediately had an idea of what was happening. John Risola explained my vehicle's problem (interior water leak) to Ronnie Williams (Advisor), and he immediately had an idea of what was happening. John Risola (Service Technician) inspected my vehicle and confirmed the problem in a matter of minutes. I was extremely impressed with the outcome, and also the video footage that John sent me concerning the leak. Ronnie and John were respectful, very informative and they were extremely detailed when explaining the cause of the leak. They even made two recommendations to help the air circulation inside my vehicle. Best of all, I arrived at the service department at 7:20am, and by 9:52am, I was on my way back home. I appreciate the professionalism and commend both Ronnie and John for a job well done. More

I went in for my 115,000 mile service. Sergio was my service representative and was very friendly and efficient. Bought my last Camry here and it's where I found my new car as well. Good service department and everyone at the dealership is pleasant and easy to deal with. My salesman, Chris Zak, was exceptional.
