I scheduled a Monday morning appointment for a check engine light issue. There was no loaner available for that time slot, but I felt it was important enough to bring it in anyway. I was greeted in th engine light issue. There was no loaner available for that time slot, but I felt it was important enough to bring it in anyway. I was greeted in the service bay with a smile. Ken took me through the process of communicating the issue. I went to the sitting area and did some work while I waited for the diagnosis. An hour later Ken returned with the news that it would take longer then expected. He then found me a loaner so I didn't have to wait there for hours. When I returned to pick up the car, I encountered a friendly cashier. That concluded my business and I was extremely satisfied. More

I brought my son's 328 Xi in for a low pressure check in the front right tire without an appointment. Rick immediately took care of me and had the tire replaced within an hour.
