The service center at Paul Miller BMW is very customer friendly. They truly value you as a customer from the ease of making an appointment online, to service hours that fit your needs, continuing with eff friendly. On this visit, a major service task was required which was found by there technicians based on a minor item that I was concerned about. This required an extended service time. My service advisor, Rich Ruilli, clearly and completely explained the issue to me as well as making sure that the loaner vehicle afforded me met my needs since my vehicle would be in the shop for a week as well as thru the weekend. Rich kept me updated everyday to the progress made with the repair task. He was even almost appoligetic that the repairs could not be done quicker. This just showed me that he had my interests first and foremost. He personally insured that the repairs were done to his satisfaction before allowing me to pick up the vehicle. What more could you want from your service center. Keep up the good work and I expect to maintain my relationship with not only Rich for future service appointments, but with Paul Miller BMW since sales is only a small point of the overall vehicle experience with any dealer.
