We did our homework and were prepared to haggle our desired price. The sales process was smooth and glitch free right through the finance process. Fred was able to give us monthly payment on vehicles as we progressed through the search of option packages. This is a first-time purchase from Paul Miller and now our second BMW and we recommended a friend the same night to go there for his next car. Odor coming from air conditioner or heating vent was annoying for several months. Service employees Ken or Rich always gave their attention to my problems over the years of service. I have been trying to locate my 'perfect' CPO BMW 5 series and visited six dealers around NJ. My experience at Paul Miller BMW was outstanding from start to finish, in particular Fred Barden who han 5 series and visited six dealers around NJ. The dealership is modern, clean, and the staff very professional and courteous. I felt that Fred handled the transaction very simply, was straight-forward, honest and pleasant. He was patient throughout my detailed questions, found answers and followed-up in a timely manner. I saw the car late on a Saturday evening almost at closing time; Fred was in no rush. One week later, we had the finance all locked down and I was driving away. Having been to some of BMW's nearby CPO and Internet sales showrooms, I can say that Paul Miller BMW treated me as if I was buying a brand new car and I would thoroughly recommend it, and in particular Fred Barden.
