Odor coming from air conditioner or heating vent was annoying for several months. Service employees Ken or Rich always gave their attention to my problems over the years of service. I have been trying to locate my 'perfect' CPO BMW 5 series and visited six dealers around NJ. The dealership is modern, clean, and the staff very professional and courteous. I felt that Fred handled the transaction very simply, was straight-forward, honest and pleasant. He was patient throughout my detailed questions, found answers and followed-up in a timely manner. I saw the car late on a Saturday evening almost at closing time; Fred was in no rush. One week later, we had the finance all locked down and I was driving away. Having been to some of BMW's nearby CPO and Internet sales showrooms, I can say that Paul Miller BMW treated me as if I was buying a brand new car and I would thoroughly recommend it, and in particular Fred Barden.
