Ok, I've leased dozens of cars in my lifetime and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience my wife and I just had with the lease of our new bmw 320xi. Simply put, our sales woman, Cathy Kundert, I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience my wife and I just had with the lease of our new bmw 320xi. Simply put, our sales woman, Cathy Kundert, is a rare gem! She let me negotiate the lease with 2 emails, which included our trade. After tons of cross comparing with audi and cadillac, Cathy was able to beat both of them! Even better, when we got to the dealer, she got me $15 less per month than the number I had even thought was fair. So 2 emails and one 30 min visit to the dealership, the car was leased. When we took delivery, it took only about 45 minutes to sign all the papers, call ins, and get the full run down of the car. Cathy was organized, professional and a breath of fresh air! This is our first luxury car and now I feel we not only have a dealership we will go back to, but a sales person as well. I've never written a review of a dealership in my life, and i've wanted to write a few bad ones, but this whole experience was too wonderful to pass up. He actually took me into the shop to meet and talk to the tech performing the repairs on my car. I felt like a king there. I was in for a suspension inspection and alignment. Turns out my alignment was way off. The car is a pleasure to drive now. Also I was surprised to learn the car still has warranty on it and they did brake flush and cabin air filter free. The only negative about going to the dealer is.....seeing all the beautiful cars on the lot and showroom, it makes me want to buy more :0 This was by far my BEST dealer experience in service or in sales. Pawel was a wonderful representative for BMW and did everything that he could do to try and meet my needs. The problem that I had was with the insurance coverage for my tires that I purchased when I pur everything that he could do to try and meet my needs. The problem that I had was with the insurance coverage for my tires that I purchased when I purchased my vehicle. Although Pawel submitted pictures of the tire and a full explanation of why he believed that there was no question that the tire should have been covered under the insurance because the damage to the tire was runflat damage, he could not obtain approval for a replacement tire and I was then forced to pay $547.59 when my actual cost should have been 0. Pawel provided me with copies of the pictures that had been submitted and additionally wrote his findings that since the damage was runflat damage, the claim should not have been denied on the basis of wear which is the reason that was given to him by the insurance representative. In addition to the pictures that were submitted for coverage, Pawel and I took numerous additional pictures which he explained to me clearly showed that the tire should have been replaced for runflat damage and not for wear. Pawel additionally argued the point on my behalf with insurance adjuster and I thought gave a perfect explanation of why my tire should have been covered. Unfortunately, he was not able to get approval so that I am now in the position where, when I receive the written statement of refusal from the insurance adjuster, I will be forced to file a legal action against them to obtain the return of the improperly charged $547.59. I have been back to BMW for a few different items and for prior tire replacement and in all occasions Pawel has been my service adviser and everything has always been promptly taken care of and extremely satisfactory. My only complaint against BMW is the insurance carrier for my tire insurance that they selected and sold to me. If the dealership can do anything to resolve the payment for my tire, this will save me the trouble of filing a lawsuit and taking the insurance company to Court. This, of course, would be greatly appreciated. More
