It was my first service and I was told it would take just an hour. It took 2hrs. and I was late to subsequent appt. that I had scheduled cause I was reassured the car would only be in service for an hour. an hour. Aside from this, the staff was friendly and tried their best to keep me posted about the car and why it was taking longer than expected. With regards to services promised, when I purchased the car I was told car washes were free and that I could bring the car in any time. Unfortunately, I have tried to get the car washed four times with no success. Every time I pull up, I am informed the wait is 45minutes to an hour for a simple car wash. One time I was told the wait was long because the cars in stock were being washed. What about the customer like me who has already paid and is driving a car that was taken from your stock? Shouldn't a customer override a car that hasn't been sold yet? I would ask that you review this policy and perhaps reconsider how the car washing is prioritized. More
