Jimmy was by far one of the best sales reps to work with. He went overboard to make sure I was happy with the vehicle as well as the financing. I arrived for Service Monday December 23rd and the service department was jumping with many Paul Miller customers dropping their car for service. The entire staff kept a smile on their face and in less than 15 minutes I was in a loaner car and on my way to work. Later on in the day Scott Vara my service adviser called me to tell my car was done and everything was taken care of. I was under the impression I needed rear brake rotors and he had told me that it wasn't necessary. Paul Miller BMW is 100% honest and they know how to take care of a customer. I will definitely be visiting the showroom with my wife this spring so she can get onboard to experience the feeling of driving a BMW with a A+ dealership. Thank you, Aaron More
Service Advisor Ken Walters is the absolute best service advisor, been dealing with him for years. Should be promoted within the organization. Nick (Mechanic) best mechanic that has worked on my car.
