Great Experience at Paul Miller Allan and Brittney were great to deal with. Professional, responsive and friendly. There was one particular car I was interested in because it seem Allan and Brittney were great to deal with. Professional, responsive and friendly. There was one particular car I was interested in because it seemed to fit what I wanted (RWD and great price). I ultimately decided against RWD so I did not purchase it. They were so helpful and friendly I almost felt bad not buying it. The Sales Manager was also great, trying to help me make a decision without applying undue pressure. Fast bay on the fly Stopped in to see if I could have a windshield wiper issue looked at and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they take the car in immediately F Stopped in to see if I could have a windshield wiper issue looked at and was pleasantly surprised that not only did they take the car in immediately Fabrizio fixed the wiper on the spot. Cody took the car to chk tire pressure and located a bubble on right front tire. Arrangements were made to replace tire and complete any needed service and car was ready in about an hour. Great people and great service. More

Our Sales Representative, Jimmy Jones, I visited Paul Miller for the encore service on my 2014 328i and I was very pleased with the service provided. Our Sales Representative, Jimmy Jones, was not available when I arrived for the service. However, Tom Bonarrigo was available to answer my questions and helped me understand some of the options in the car that I was looking to understand. Actually, I left wishing Paul Miller were closer to home so I could use them for my routine service. Great job, guys. More
