However, when I used a common American name while chatting with them they were very accommodating. I wrote an email to their GM Mike Gruber, explaining the situation on April 2nd. Initially I was told Mike is out of office, therefore I waited for about two weeks and did not hear from him. So I guess the leadership does not care about customer care and approves such behavior.
