Horrible experience This was a horrible experience for me. The finance director was unprofessional and rude. Went to pick up my car, I signed a form that my credit score This was a horrible experience for me. The finance director was unprofessional and rude. Went to pick up my car, I signed a form that my credit score was 835 and then he preceded to run my credit again. My credit was locked and this couldn't be done. I had to go all the way back home with an Uber to unlock my credit as I didn't have any of the passwords with me. He should have contacted me the day before to address this. Then he offered to have the car delivered to me and put unnecessary mileage on the car. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor. It took them 2 hours to get the car to me and I am only 40 minutes away. When I called to go pick up the car he said it had already left. That was a blatant lie. When the car finally arrived I signed the paperwork and didn't receive any copies. I specifically asked for the window sticker at the dealership and didn't receive that either. I purposely use a broker to avoid wasting my time. Also, Marcelo tried to over charge me $500 extra from the agreed broker price. He is a thief and a liar. I had all the documents with me and after I showed him he shut his mouth. I wasted my whole day waiting for this car and dealing with these issues. Horrible experience and will not return. They also told me I have to go to the dealer to pick up the license plates. Other dealers have mailed them to me. There people skills a are atrocious. More
