This was an exceptional customer experience. My journey within the dealership was conversational and even fun.. not a term usually associated with a car purchase. Jan met me with a loaner car, picked up my car and called me right away to let me know when my car would be ready. I asked about the remote on the keychain, and he said he'd take a look at that too. Got the Volvo I wanted. Got a free European vacation. Greeted promptly, courteously and professionally when I arrived. When Diane told me I could pick up the car in Sweden, all expenses paid (except for Greeted promptly, courteously and professionally when I arrived. When Diane told me I could pick up the car in Sweden, all expenses paid (except for an extended stay), and then have it shipped back to the US for free, and still get factory pricing, I was excited, and we signed up. I was just a bit disappointed that there was NO negotiation possible on some of the options I wanted (the T6 upgrade was high on my list), but it's going to be my wife's car, and we got everything she wanted on it! Diane knows her product, and was able to guide us to the correct car for our purposes, no problem, and she followed up when asked, but knew when to step back. She's a credit to Patrick Volvo. MIke was helpful with the Swedish delivery questions, and the Service writers were able to answer some technical questions for me about brakes and the AWD system. More

We had a problem for the second time where the battery was dead after we left the car in the garage for an extended period. The first time this happen we took the car to the dealer where purchased they de was dead after we left the car in the garage for an extended period. The first time this happen we took the car to the dealer where purchased they determined the battery had dead cell and replaced the battery. Pete and Jamie asked more questions regarding the problem and after investigation determined something was draining the battery between driving. They found it and it appears to be the sirus radio. Also, we had a problem with a rattling noise in the tail pipe at about 20 mile per hour. The dealer we purchased the vehicle could not solve the problem or even suggest the cause. Pete's investigate revealed the problem is with the tires. They were cupping badly and had uneven wear causing vibration at slow speed and wheel noise at higher speed. Need to purchase new tires. Pete and Jamie took the extra time to go over the car to find the solution and provided sound recommendations. Great Tech guys to have!! More
We bought our Volvo for safety reasons after electrical problems surfaced in the first year 5 different times we asked about the car and the lemon law.. Patrick Volvo said they would take care of everything and my wife took them at there word, this was her first mistake because we have learned that they couldn't kern there word if they tried. Problem after problem and we are still writing checks 5 years later. They fixed our car 2 weeks ago for $1400.00 and 2 days later the car broke down again. My wife called service department and they said it's the day before Christmas there's not much we can do..They were going to leave her stranded there. It wasn't until I got involved things got done. As a Marine Corps Veteran it is clear that there is a scam being run by Patrick to take advantage of a woman..Well being a Marine you will learn I never loose and I will make sure every veterans group I work with never buys a car from any of your dealerships More
