I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. I worked with Tola and he is not your typical car salesman. He was very accommodating, allowing me to take the car I was looking at to a mechanic I trust and have them inspect the car. When negotiating, Tola did not apply the pressure that most car salesmen do and was receptive to the counteroffer provided and helped us come to an agreement that worked out for both sides. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, make sure to work with Tola, you will not be disappointed.

Seriously, this dealership is the reason why I don’t ever want to purchase a Volvo again. We currently have our fourth Volvo and I don’t know if ai ever want one again. I do know that this is our first one purchased from here and please DO NOT go to them. I’m saving you frustration. Every step has been awful and so frustrating!!!

Sales at this dealership sucks. They are so unresponsive and unhelpful and their prices suck. They have some of the highest prices and aren't negotiable one bit. They don't even bother trying to accommodate you one bit. The general manager sends an email to you and when you respond he doesn't even bother responding to your questions. Can't imagine how many sales they have lost. I bought two previous vehicles from Patrick dealers but never again.

Mo Khan was great to work with. Very quick to answer questions. No pressure. Explained things well.

Great experience! Stela and the whole team were amazing, straightforward, and helpful. The dealership is well-designed and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, and I drove away with fresh plates and even a bouquet of flowers. Highly recommended!

Do your homework and beware of prices. I submitted a request online for a specific vehicle that appeared to be a good deal ($67K) and was told that it was available. When I showed up 24 hours later, (after multiple calls and emails from the dealer confirming my visit and in which no-one mention the car was no longer available); the car was no longer available and the ones available for purchase where the ones at regular price ($82K) … shocking… Two hours later I received an obvious automated system-generated communication "from the sales rep", sharing a vehicle with the same initial low price, but different color… clearly a systematic approach to luring people with false lower prices into the dealer; basic bait and switch. Very shady way of bringing people in, I wonder what else they might do...
