John Melus went above and beyond in helping us lease our 2012 Volvo 60. We had been both loyal Saab and Patrick Dealer group customers for the past 27 years. The specific car with the features we wanted was not in Patrick's stock. John searched other dealers and got us the exact car we wanted. M wife has mobility problems. I scheduled a service appointment because my Cross Country was hesitating. Turned out to be a malfunctioning throttle control [wagon is ten years old].
