We stopped by Pat Lobb today to purchase our sixth vehicle from them. We wouldn't think about going anywhere else. We have met Pat Lobb, who is a gracious individual. Then we have had the pleasure since then of working directly with GM John Matthews followed by GM Tim Anderson. They are the most honest and direct car sales persons that we have ever encountered anywhere else. The sales managers who work under them are also fantastic. We have purchased two vehicles through Richard Wilson and today were delighted with the treatment we received from George Mogollon. We only had one sour experience ever at this dealership and it was with a snippy cashier who is no longer employed there. That is saying a lot since we have been Pat Lobb customers since they opened. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Go to Pat Lobb today! More

I'm writing this review in hopes that this dealership will take a lesson. I put this dealer on my top 4 list based on a location and the dealer rater ratings. I was a little concerned though that this one was holding back on any price dialog other than MSRP where the others were already offering me internet pricing. Still they had the top rating for the 3 that were near to me so I went there first for the test drive. The facility is very nice and the drive went great. I got my wife to the point of trying to close the deal and at that point Don Moorehead - the sales person who did the drive - became non responsive. I really wanted to give him a chance since he spent the time on the test drive and I had given him my word I would give him first shot but when calls aren't returned what can you do? He indicated finally there was a personal issue so I texted back that I understood and asked if he wanted to hand me off to someone else. All that did was finally get him to send me pricing but it was for a generic vehicle that didn't meet the specs I sent on the email. By this point I was already at specific configuration pricing with other dealers. His manager - Larry Parks - finally stepped in and offered a solid competitive price but I was already verbally committed to a deal that was slightly lower so it was basically too late. I hope this is an isolated incident but I would urge a reader of this review to not make them your first stop unless they are at the same price flexibility as your other prospects. More

The whole experience with our salesman, GEORGE MOGOLLON, was smooth, pleasant, and un-pressured. He simply presented the options and let us make the decision. WOW WHAT AN EXPERIENCE !! Just five weeks ago I visited three dealerships to buy a car for my Daughter. Finally we found a fourth were we could purchase a car after two hard days of looking. HOWEVER when I visited Pat Lobb and was introduced to Shannon Witherow all of my fears and concerns were thrown out. The professionalism and the courtesy I found from the receptionist to Shannon was outstanding. No sales managers no closers just Shonnon who listen to want we were looking for and matching a car for us. WE were in and out with a fullly serviced clean new car and an explaination of all of the features in about two hours. What a great experiece!! I know where I am going back for my next vehicle and where I am going to direct all of my friends. In over fourty years of car buying the best.
