The only shortcoming during the entire visit was when Chris got us to the vehicle, we all found it had not been detailed. Chris was low key and pleasant thoughout the process, and since the vehicle was not a Toyota, he made sure he found the answers to questions he could not answer off the top of his head. Working with the finance department went very smoothly, and by the time we were ready to leave, the vehicle was fully detailed and ready to go. More
