The team was more than accommodating in making sure I was happy with my purchase. I went to Pat Lobb because I was in the market for a 2010 Camry and new they had the most competitive prices. The lived up to that advertised standard. Only concern .... I realize this is an issue anytime you are buying pre-owned but .... I was alarmed to see how many pre-owned cars, on the lot for sale, had obvious body damage i.e. large key scratches, one with a completely cracked front bumper. Pat Lobb should make the small investment to buff out the damage and replace bumpers before putting these cars on the lot. Overall, great experience. More
The overall experience I recently had at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was incredible. The car buying process can often be overwhelming and uncomfortable and I never felt either of these feelings when dealin of McKinney was incredible. The car buying process can often be overwhelming and uncomfortable and I never felt either of these feelings when dealing with Spike or George Mogollon. Both of them we so patient with me as a changed my mind multifple times. Never did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and they both went over and above to satisfy me and get me into the vehicle I wanted. The customer service I received was outstanding. There were several follow up calls and both of them were constantly making sure I was taken care of. I have owned a Toyota for the past 20 years and will now only go to Toyota of McKinney going forward for my service and when I am ready to purchase again! More
I wanted to share my experience with Pat Lobb Toyota. I bought my first Toyota Camry in 2007. It was a very good experience. I decided to get a new 2012 Camry. I have to say this was the BEST car buying ex bought my first Toyota Camry in 2007. It was a very good experience. I decided to get a new 2012 Camry. I have to say this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. The people whom made it happen are Spike whom made the deal happen with his commitment to what I wanted.Spike was instumental in my purchase and he did exactly what he said he would do. His salesman Dave Cunningham is equally awesome that he and Spike made me feel like I was part of their family. It makes a difference to me when a dealership says they are going to do something and it happens. With regard to finance Chris Conroy is a genius and truly capped off my night in high fashion to make my deal come a reality. If you are going to get a car. You owe it to yourself to seek out Spike he will make it happen and he has your back. I was standing near him and another sales guy and he made this deal for a young couple that was going to not only get them in the vehicle they wanted but the way he went about it showed me he is a first class person not only that he made those people very happy you could see theri faces it was a reward i am sure to Spike and the salesman involved. I knew then I was going to be happy with my deal once complete. I emplore you to go to Pat Lobb find Spike, Dave Cunningham, and Chris and you will be happy as all of us were last night I guarantee it. Thank you Pat Lobb , Spike, Dave, and Chris you all made it happen and cannot thank you enough! More

I looked at few different vehicles and was never pushed one way or another. The vehicle I got was on the discount line and I am very happy. Mention also needs to be made of Sean O,Conner who was very helpful in both closing the deal and showing me how much money I saved, it was a lot! Overall excellent experience. I will definitely buy another vehicle at Pat Lobb Toyota. Sincerely, Larry Morin More
Even though I've been a customer of this dealership since it opened (for service on my previous 2004 Toyota), this was the first time I've bought a car here. Buying my new Scion was by far the best experienc it opened (for service on my previous 2004 Toyota), this was the first time I've bought a car here. Buying my new Scion was by far the best experience I've had. George was great. He kept in touch until exactly the right car came in. Spike and Bently were also terrific. They gave me a very fair price for my trade and never pressured me. I am very happy with my experience. More
Matt Scott is the guy you want. In all aspects, for me, Matt was the face of Pat Lobb Toyota. He was both considerate of my requirements, and respective of my price range. I purchased a new Highlander thr Matt was the face of Pat Lobb Toyota. He was both considerate of my requirements, and respective of my price range. I purchased a new Highlander through Matt, and because of him, returned to purchase a Camry as well_twins in toll on both occasions. A great dealership that has a great guy on its team. More
I was in need of a new vehicle and decided I would go with a Scion xB. My wife bought one from Pat Lobb about a year ealier and I decided I would attempt to do the same. I'll preface all of this by say with a Scion xB. My wife bought one from Pat Lobb about a year ealier and I decided I would attempt to do the same. I'll preface all of this by saying that my credit is not good. It is the only reason I can think of to explain why I was treated like I was. I submitted an online application on Tuesday, January 17th, 2012 to both Pat Lobb Scion and Scion of Plano. I recieved a phone call later that day from Larry Parker (Pat Lobb Scion). He was a friendly fellow. We discussed my credit issues and he suggested we have my wife apply as a joint. I told him this would not benefit me as she is a stay at home mother and has no income. He insisted that it was worth a shot. (It wasn't. More on this later.) On Wednesday, January 18th, 2012 I had zero communication from Pat Lobb Scion. I decided to drive to the dealership at around 5:30 pm. All I wanted to know was wether or not I needed to find an alternative for financing. I arrived and met a fellow named Richard Wilson. He informed me that they were "still waiting to hear" in regards to a decision about financing. He said we needed references, a copy of a utility bill, and both my and my wifes previous tax returns. I provided the reference information that night and the tax and bill information the next morning. On Thursday, January 19th, I had NO communication from Pat Lobb Scion. Mr. Parker informed me that he would be off, but I still expected some kind of an answer. I work in banking and have NEVER seen it take so long to recieve an answer. Needless to say, I was very frustrated at this point. On the night of 1/19/12, I received a second call from a gentleman at the Scion Of Plano dealership, but I ignored the call thinking that I would surely hear something the next day from Pat Lobb Scion. On Friday, January 20th, I again had NO communication from Pat Lobb Scion. At 5pm that day I called Mr. Parker and asked him what was going on. He informed me that they were still waiting to see if they could secure financing for me. He informed me that we been approved by Capital One, but they were waiting to see if a better rate was out there. He assured me he would be in touch with me by 12 pm the next day. On Saturday, January 21st, the deadline of 12 pm came and went with no contact from Pat Lobb Scion. Again, I called Mr. Parker to inform him that I was very upset and I needed an answer. Mr. Parker informed me that he was incorrect about our approval with Capital One. He said my wife had no income and they pulled the approval. REALLY!? I told him this at the beginning, but he insisted. Mr. Parker informed me that now they were waiting to see if Toyota would finance me. He told me that it probably wouldn't be until Monday or Tuesday before they had an answere because whoever the individual is they needed to speak to was out of the office and he was unsure of their return. Furious doesn't even begin to descibe how I felt. While I was on the phone with Mr. Parker, my phone rang 3 separate times. It was David Clowers from Scion Of Plano. Up to this point, I had blown him off thinking that my hands were tied and there was nothing I could do. After I hung up with Mr. Parker I immediately called Mr. Clowers back. I explained to him my situation and what I was dealing with from Pat Lobb. I told him I had no interest in driving to see him if I couldn't get an answer that day. He assured me that within an hour of picking out the car I wanted we would have an answer about financing. I arrived at Scion Of Plano around 5 pm and left at 8 pm in my new car that was financed solely in my name... By Capital One. I have nothing but the best to say about the staff at Scion Of Plano and Mr. Clowers. I cannot say the same for Pat Lobb. After purchasing my new vehicle, I decided to wait and see when I would be contacted by Pat Lobb Scion. This never happened. Despite Mr. Parkers constant assurances that he would call me on this day or that day. I don't know what made me think I would recieve a call with a decision since I had recieved no other contact from them. On Monday, February 13th, 2012, (almost 1 month later) I received a declination notice from Pat Lobb in the mail. I never recieved another phone call or anything from them. While it is not required to call the customer, common courtesy usually dictates that you do so. ESPECIALLY when I would've been the EASIEST sell for whoever got me. All I wanted to know was if I was approved or if I needed a co signer. But no one from Pat Lobb could be bothered with letting me know. So they lost the sale. However, I doubt they really care. I have never dealt with anything like this. I've always assumed that car salesmen want to sell cars. Apparently that is not the case for Pat Lobb. If I EVER wanted to know what the status of ANYTHING was I had to call them. That is not the way to do business. In summary, I wouldn't buy a stick of gum from Pat Lobb Scion. I strongley suggest you look at the way you handle your potential customers. More
