I went to Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney looking a new car for my duaghter. I began by completing the information on the internet and immediately heard back from Larry Parks and tentatively scheduled a visit for my duaghter. David Wilmoth spent the necessary time to address all of our questions and let my daughter take a test drive. We review our purchas options and a possible leaase option. We left at nearly 8:00 and went to another dealership to look at other vehicles, but returned to the Toyota of McKinney dealership about 9:00. At this time, Larry Parks and Derek Haines began helping us and ended up leasing a 2013 Corolla for my daughter. Everyone was great in helping us complete the transaction. Thank you, Mike Farish More

This is the second car we have purchased from the dealer and in both cases the experience was great. On this visit we worked with Amanda Abshire who was very pleasant to work with and who instills trust and integrity. Amanda really was patient in helping us with our various choices as we really did not have a specific car or model in mind initially and did not have know what we wanted to spend or even who the driver in our family would be. She was very helpful in allowing us to look at different vehicles and consider all our options. The experience is what it should be in that you can be excited about making such a important purchase and enjoy the "shopping" aspect without if feeling like a chore. There was never any pressure to decide on a vehicle and never any pressure to purchase a more expensive vehicle or a vehicle with standards/options that I didn’t need. There was no attempt to “up-sell”. When it came time to talk money, again there was no pressure. When Sean O'Connor (Sales Manager) stopped by, I thought the high pressure was about to start. I was wrong! Sean just wanted to see if George was taking care of me and offered to help if he could. During the entire buying experience, I NEVER felt pressured to buy. Dealing with George and everyone at Pat Lobb Toyota was like dealing with trusted old friends. More
