After test driving 8 cars/2 other dealerships I was ready to give up.If you havent test driven w/George "you havent test driven!!" We parked the cars side by side so I could compare and pick out what I liked and didnt like. Then he went over the cost and specials to get me zero percent financing. I was offered a beverage upon entering and George refilled my cup while we were talking as well as ordering me lunch! We swapped a few stories, had a few laughs and I didnt feel pressured or stressed like I did with my previous experiences. I found him due to a referral from a friend and am so glad I decided to setup an appointment for my "fun drive!" George introduced me to finance/parts/service and management personel and showed me the procedure for maitenance when I come in for my "car check ups" To top it off he took pics of me w/my new car and made sure I had no questions when I left and he even put on the license plate for me. Everything was explained in detail and given to me in black and white "no surprises" I am in love!!!!!! Not with George since he is married but with my new Toyota "Attitude Black Camry!"
