I went to this dealership on Saturday, May 5th (Cinco de Mayo), because I got one of theose "VIP employee pricing" letters in the mail. Randy still worked what I would call a decent deal with me on my trade in and on the new vehicle. I traded in a 2009 Double Cab Tacoma TRD Sport Prerunner (4x2) for a 2012 Tacoma Double Cab TRD Sport 4x4 FULLY LOADED. Randy was a real straight shooter, cool as all h*ll and just an all around nice guy. He didn't make me feel pressured at all. We have visited other dealerships that haven't even acknowledged we were on the lot. Here, we were greeted almost immediately and escorted to the area where our appointment was located. As for a first time buyer, I was nervous about walking into a dealership thinking they (the employees) would take over me and try to force a sale and take my wallet rather than look out for me and fit me into a dealership thinking they (the employees) would take over me and try to force a sale and take my wallet rather than look out for me and fit me into what is best for my needs and requirements. The folks at Pat Lobb Toyota did just that. I felt so comfortable and not rushed into decision making at all. I first spoke with Mr. George Mogollon who already had a few folks in line for him personally (which is always a good sign about customer loyalty) and he personally stepped away from the folks he was with to tell me that he was entirely appologetic that he probably would not have a good moment for a while to get with me and the directed me towards a man named Dave Cunningham. After all the pre-requisite questions and answers were out of the way, and after we put the idea of a used vehicle in his head, after the numbers came back from the Credit check and the amount I want to put down, he then asked, "Have you looked into a new car?" I was flabberghasted at the idea but curious to what he was offering. After looking at a used T. Camry '10 that didn't win my heart he then brought up a Brand spankin new T. Camry '12 with only 3 miles on the Odo. I kept thinking this isn't real! After the test drive and seeing how the numbers were playing into the pricing game I knew that this was the one. After negotiating a price, the handshake and deal was made. Went back to put my cash deposit on the vehicle, Mr. Cunningham had to run, which put me back into the care of Mr. George Mogollon who handed me the keys and gave me one more vehicle run down. After telling me when I should report back to the dealership he gave me a building walk through or maintenence bay, pay counter and shoppette. I have never felt so taken care of before when it comes to a purchase as big as this. Mr. Cunningham is an amazing salesman and made me feel so comfortable as he was batting for my team in the purchasing process of what could be done to help me get this vehicle. Mr. George's selfless service made my experience quick and enjoyable. Kudos to both these men in helping me get to my destination of my first new vehicle. More

I was at another dealership in Alvin and I guess they didn't think I was going to buy. The guy that waited on me passed me off to a girl that knew nothing about the car. When I asked questions she said she did not know but next time I come back she would find out. I wanted to know then, not later. Did not return to that dealership. When I went to Pat Lobb Toyota, Amanda knew all about the car and was able to answer any questions I had. I have my new Venza and I can honestly say I enjoying it more because of where I bought it from. This is what a car buying experience should be. I went in after shopping several Toyota dealers in the metroplex. I started out shopping online and got several quotes from dealers through the USAA purchasing program. I got a price from them and when I decided to go in to purchase they upped it after giving me a drive out price. The only honest one out of the bunch after visiting 5 dealers was Pat Lobb Toyota. The experience was very professional with no BS. I retired from the Army and am not the type of person to put up with the negotiating games that the dealers often do. This guy was different and genuine. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. If you don't want the BS...go see Shannon. The best and most pleasant experience in buying a car period.
