After agreeing to purchase one particular car, we made a last minute change and they didn't miss a beat. The car was ready when we agreed to pick it up and a couple of small issues with the exterior were addressed quickly. Alex, in the service department, spent lots of time with us going over the features that we weren't familiar with and enabling blue tooth on both of our phones. I don't know if it was just by chance, or because I was there on a weekday, but I had the opportunity to meet Pat Lobb and I understand why every employee treats the dealership as their own. He has instilled a team mentality with everyone there and I truly believe that they want to make your car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I was surprised to find out from Alex that the dealership offers free car washes for all Toyotas. The only car buying experience I've had that compared to this was at the old Park Place Dealership when I bought a used Audi convertible and was treated like I was buying a Bentley.
