I have Bought 3 cars and 2 Trucks from Pat Lobb, NEVER again. they lied to me 3 different times, they told me we will do all we can to please you. Is that by charging you full price and adding more on top again. they lied to me 3 different times, they told me we will do all we can to please you. Is that by charging you full price and adding more on top of that? They are Dishonest. They told me the Tundra 4.6 had the same suspension as my old 5.7, I asked that question a few times its a big deal to me same answer "yes it the same suspension don't worry about it" NO ITS NOT, found that out After I bought the Tundra. then they said we will add a sway bar in the back for "OUR COST" $400 I called another dealership and they would put it on for $380 over the phone quote. I can buy the sway bar for $207 so they comeback with $256 our "our cost". they should have put it on for FREE for lying to me in the first place. Run from Pat Lobb Toyota More
I don't give out 5's easily, but I wish every business deal was as enjoyable as my new car purchase at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney. Truth is if I could rate these guys a 6 in these categories I w business deal was as enjoyable as my new car purchase at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney. Truth is if I could rate these guys a 6 in these categories I would. After having your “stereo typical” experience at our local Mazda dealer (stay far away from Fenton Mazda in Tyler) my wife and I were a little shell shocked, but a friend recommended Pat Lobb Toyota, and even told me to ask for George Mogollon. We trusted the friend and drove 2 hours to McKinney. George listened to what we needed and gave us expert advice, not as someone who was “trying to sell us something,” but someone who had listened to us and new what we were after. We actually said “what about_______” (the more expensive model) and he said “sure we can do that, but what you said you were looking for was______.” We actually saved money, and truly got what we wanted in a price we were looking for. There was absolutely NO high pressure and it was actually fun. George was looking out for what we wanted and needed. You can’t ask for more. Even financing was enjoyable. Finance Manager Chad Weiner helped us dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s in a way that was smooth and fluid, quickly and efficiently. The truth is everyone had a genuine smile on their face at the Pat Lobb Toyota, and we just felt very comfortable. This is how buying a car should be, but often times isn't. Even if you haven’t been thinking of a Toyota, you owe it to yourself to go by and see George at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney. It may be the best car buying experience you’ve ever had. It was for us. I had a very bad series of experiences with Toyota of Richardson - and on the advice of co-workers, I tried Toyota of McKinney today. The difference between the two dealerships was night and day. My sal Richardson - and on the advice of co-workers, I tried Toyota of McKinney today. The difference between the two dealerships was night and day. My salesperson, a wonderful guy named George Mogollon, listened to me, educated me, never pressured me or misrepresented the offer. It was far and away the greatest car buying experience ever. This is my 8th Toyota - and I couldn't be more pleased with the dealership, the savings, the customer service and the dignity and respect I was met with today. My last car buying experience was so completely demoralizing, I had no idea car buying could be so much fun. I HIGHLY recommend Toyota of McKinney! And if you're lucky enough to get George as your sales rep, you'll never go anywhere else. The finance department was, again, the best I've ever dealt with. I never felt for one second that they were trying to put one over on me. Chris was a pleasure to work with too. Love, love, love Toyota of McKinney!!! You will too :D More

I received a flyer saying they would pay 110% of kbb. I went in and it took 4 hours alone just to get my truck appraised. The salesman and the sales manager tried playing number games with me. They tried t went in and it took 4 hours alone just to get my truck appraised. The salesman and the sales manager tried playing number games with me. They tried to run my credit before my vehicle was ever appraised. ( 2 years ago I bought 2 brand new Toyota vehicles both financed through Toyota financial. Finally received appraisal and it was less than kbb worst shape rating. When I told them I was unhappy with the appraisal they started with "what would you like to get for your trade in". Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!! Playing number games trying to cheat someone out of $. They offered $34,000 for my 2012 f250 lariat diesel. Had it appraised by 2 other dealerships today I was offered $39,000 by one and $38,500 by the other. PAT LOBB and employees are a bunch of CROOKS Flyer also said iq would receive a best buy gift card which I didn't. Sales man said he'd call today as I was there till after 9 last night and he didn't. Now that's honesty and integrity at its finest More
4 years ago I went to Patt Lobb in mckinney and I bought a used Toyota tundra with only 24300 miles on it. it was a fair price but like a sucker I succumbed to the "you need to buy the " 6 Year " 100 k mile a used Toyota tundra with only 24300 miles on it. it was a fair price but like a sucker I succumbed to the "you need to buy the " 6 Year " 100 k mile warranty. I was told it would cover prematurely worn tires, chipped glass, ... shortly thereafter I went in because 2 of the tires were worn out at 31k miles. I was told this wasn't covered because the previous owner had not had the tires rotated by a Toyota dealer every 5k miles. aggravated but stuff happens. yesterday I took my truck in at 99457 miles. about 500 before the 6 year 100k warranty was to expire, I was willing to pay them to look for anything that should be covered by the warranty and I was told my 6 year warranty had expired in 12 of 2012. the 6 year warranty didn't start when I bought it but when the vehicle first went into service. had I been told my 6 year warranty was actually a 3 year warranty I would never have spent over 1600 dollars on the xxxx thing. the credit managers comment? "im sorry that wasn't explained to you, I wasn't here at the time." Though I understood the warranty was till 100 k, I did not realize that if I bought a 3 year old truck and I bought a 6 year warranty its only good for three years. That’s a huge item people need to know. More
