Amazing overall experience. Salesman, Bill Jenkins was friendly and straight up from the get go. My Sales Consultant was Alexander (Buck) Hardee who was very friendly and personable and is a true professional. Mr. Hardee was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. He was not pushy nor did he try to steer me into buying any expensive add-on dealer options or accessories. He took time and worked with me to get the best price for my new truck as well as a great trade-in value for my old truck. Mr. Hardee also showed me around the dealership and introduced me to Service Advisor Joel Casper for any future service needs as well as Finance Consultant Matt Jirani who handled the final sales paperwork. I was impressed with the professional team attitude displayed by all of the Pat Lobb Toyota personnel that helped me through the "no pressure" sales process.
