His sales manager, on the other hand, was a hassle who seemed insistent that I know they can’t sell a car at a loss. I even watched him lecture Duane once, which nearly changed my decision to buy the car. Had it not been for Duane, I would give the dealership one star. I hope someone will visit with the sales manager and help him understand a customer doesn’t care how much a car costs the dealership, before he spoils future, less-experienced salesmen’s deals or over complicates more of Duane's future deals.
