I've always hated car shopping - I just found it to be an unpleasant experience. Before we met, I told Steven I'd rather go to the dentist than shop for a car. The minute we met Steven at the dealership, he put me at ease. It was like meeting an old friend. He was so helpful, taking us for a test drive, answering all our questions but never pressuring us, which I found so refreshing! Once we bought the car, Steven made sure we were familiar with all its features and were completely comfortable with it before we left the dealership. It was so nice to deal with a salesman who really cares about his customers. I truly feel that we not only got a wonderful new car (which I absolutely love) but also made a new friend.
