My wife and I had been looking for a compact truck. We started with Nissan, and had a very unsatisfactory experience with AutoNation Nissan in Lewisville. We started with Toyota of Plano because of the proximity to our home. They were very friendly, and tried to find a match, but they really weren't able to do so, nor did they seem overly eager to make a deal. We then tried Pat Lobb Toyota, having done an electronic search. When we got there, a salesperson named Eddie immediately came out to see if he could help. We told him that we had had contact with James Brown. He then got in touch with James Brown's office. In a very short amount of time, Sid Waldrop came down to meet us. From the moment we met him, we wanted to do business with him. We felt that he was looking out for our interests, and would work to make us happy with our purchase. He found the Tacoma that we had been looking for, and relatively quickly closed the deal. You've got an excellent ambasssador and salesperson in Sid. He gets our highest rating and recommendation.
