It's not the closest Toyota dealership to me, but I go back every time because of the level of customer service. George Mogollan was my leasing agent and he was fantastic! As a single woman with little to no real knowledge about cars, I felt comfortable with George and what he recommended. He really keeps in mind the things YOU want - budget was important to me, so he didn't try to up-sell me, he kept the entire transaction within my budget and I left very happy with my new Rav4! He was respectful and very quick - it was my fastest experience yet. I will be back in three years for my fourth lease from Patt Lobb - and will continue going there! More
