He was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, as well as warm and welcoming. He actually listened to what I had to say. I never felt pressured in any way. He took time to explain the features of the cars I was considering and addressed any questions and concerns I had. He wanted me to be satisfied and comfortable with the whole car buying experience, from the trade in through the purchase of the new vehicle. The finance manager, Derek, was also wonderful to deal with. The process was as seamless as it could possibly be.
