WOW WHAT AN EXPERIENCE !! Just five weeks ago I visited three dealerships to buy a car for my Daughter. Finally we found a fourth were we could purchase a car after two hard days of looking. The professionalism and the courtesy I found from the receptionist to Shannon was outstanding. No sales managers no closers just Shonnon who listen to want we were looking for and matching a car for us. WE were in and out with a fullly serviced clean new car and an explaination of all of the features in about two hours. What a great experiece!! There was no pressure, everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and no gimmicks like they had to get the proce approved through their manager. The price I paid was the price that I expected to pay. And the warranty and maintenance contracts were outstanding and a bargain for what you got. I felt more like I was a treasured customer in a Mercedes or BMW dealership buying a high end car. And on top of that John delivered my car to my home (~35 miles away and walked my wife through using all of it s features! What a great dealership and staff. More
