I am a potential customer, calling from 3 hrs away. 2. I buy 3-4 cars a YEAR... drive one a few months, sell it, move onto something else. 3. if I had an employee that did not return calls to potential customers within one business day, they would be out the door looking for a new place to play. no thanks..
