Exceeded my expectations Discussed the several options available for a current lease of a 2012 RAV4 whose lease terms were to expire in a few months. George was not only very knowledgeable as to the options, but conveyed the professionalism and high focus on customer satisfaction that I felt I was the only person [besides by wife] in the dealership showroom. George was patient and managed my expectations regarding a moment during the process where he had to spend a few moments taking care of another commitment. Absolutely no problem We ended up deciding that one of the options [turn in the leased RAV4 and purchase a new 2015 RAV4] was the most optimum. As a footnote, working with Chad Weiner on the financial side was also a pleasure where we walked away without any "post purchase dissonance". New salesperson but dynamic My wife and I set an appointment to determine the practicality of trading (again) to upgrade to a newer Camry. I had called our previous sales person, Vince aka Tiger Woods. He explained that since we had purchased our previous Camry, he had moved to a sales manager position but assured me he would assign a great sales person to work with us when we came in. That sales person was Wesley Wheat. Wow, Wesley is a relatively new sales person but what a dynamic young man! Very polite, relaxed and sensitive to the importance of customer service. When Vince introduced us to Wesley he assured us we would be well taken care of. What an understatement. What a pleasant experience, starting with Wesley, Vince, finance on up the line with all whom we interacted with at Pat Lobb Toyota! Thank you Pat Lobb for caring about your customers from the top down. This is our fourth Camry, the last three from Pat Lobb; The first was before Pat Lobb was in McKinney. More
Great Experience! I originally contacted this dealership by phone and indicated I would be in the following day to look at their used lot. Drake took my call and assis I originally contacted this dealership by phone and indicated I would be in the following day to look at their used lot. Drake took my call and assisted me when I visited the dealership to test drive a vehicle. Drake was very helpful explaining the various features, however, it was his character that won me over. I wasn’t looking at a Toyota vehicle and Drake told me there was someone at the dealership with more knowledge about the make of vehicle I was interested in and called that person (Shaun) over to answer any additional questions I had. The purchase process was painless and my dealings with Drake, Shaun and “Smitty” (finance), were enjoyable. Each of these individuals appeared to enjoy their jobs and want to serve their customers. My experience with Pat Lobb didn’t end when we took possession of the vehicle. During the buying process, I requested a couple of things be done to the vehicle so it went in for service a couple of days after purchase. Jose assisted me when I dropped the vehicle off and contacted me when it was ready for pick-up. While waiting for Jose to bring my vehicle around, another sales person (Haley) I had briefly spoken to the day of purchase recognized me and said hello. My daughter asked Haley a question about the backseat control panel and Haley gladly hopped in the vehicle, looked at the owner’s manual and explained the knob to my daughter. I dreaded the car buying experience before coming to Pat Lobb, but this purchase changed that for me…as long as I deal with Pat Lobb. Next time I am looking for a car, Pat Lobb will be my first stop! More

Dishonest and underhanded After spending many days and numerous hours selecting a new vehicle and working with one sales person, I finally made a decision. When negotiating a price, we had finally reached a bottom line. My sales person had taken my old vehicle car keys (keeping me at the dealership) and he left me at his desk to finalize the deal with the manager. He returned, made no comments or statements, printed out another invoice and asked me to sign it (an indication that we had reached a deal). However, I noticed that he had not only INCREASED the price of the vehicle, but had decreased the offer on my trade-in (that was inspected three times previously). Had I not noticed the bottom line changes, I would have signed the agreement thinking that we had reached a deal that was significantly less than what was written on the paper. The sales person got very angry when he was approached and blamed it on the sales manager. This was a horrible horrible experience and I am hopeful that other customers become aware of the deceit used on new car customers. More

Although my experience with both Amanda and Patt Lobb Toyota was an excellent experience, they shouldn't rest on their laurels and should always strive to give the very best. Now, onto my experience. For anyone that knows me knows that I bleed Chevrolet, up until recently that is. A friend that I work with recommended Toyota, and Amanda, to me and tried to convince me to switch, but I wasn't having any of it. I did my research on Chevy trucks and I found that what they were asking for was way over what the trucks were worth and there was no room for negotiation. 40K for a small truck is way too much in my humble opinion, especially with Chevrolets history with small trucks. So, after regrettably purchasing a Jeep Cherokee Limited, and desperately wanting back into a truck, I checked out the Toyota offerings. Not only was I impressed with the selection and the pricing, I was immediately impressed with the service that I received from Amanda. She had the truck waiting for me and ready to test drive as soon as I pulled into the lot. After deciding on the truck, negotiations began and I knew I was gonna be in trouble having just purchased the Jeep. Now, I do feel that there was a little more room that could have been given, but overall I feel that both Amanda and Patt Lobb did a good job of making me feel comfortable with the deal I was receiving. Which is all we as buyers really expect. More
