I called the dealership in the afternoon and was transferred to George M. He was very nice on the phone and we decided to go to the dealership that same evening. After the test drive we sat down and came up with a deal in about 45 minutes. George was never pushy and I truly believe he really cared about us and made sure the car was a right fit. From there we met with Derek the finance manager and all of the paperwork was done In an efficient manner. He never tried to push aftermarket warranties and listened to what we had to say. The whole experience didn't take more then 2.5 hours and we left feeling like we got a great deal and an excellent car.
